Welcome to Alex Cahill Comedy Page and his Application to Comedy Clubs
If you are seeing this page I would very much like to apply for one of your gigs.
I am a speciality act being a comedy magician which involves lots of audience participation. I can perform up to a 45 minute set
Here is a short highlights video so you can see my style
Here is a longer clip
Please dont share either video without checking with me first. I have worked really hard on my act to get it to where it is and its original to me and I’d like to keep it that way. One version is plenty!
Experience
I have nearly 20 years experience as a Comedy magician at corporate events and private parties and about 5 years performing at comedy clubs all over the UK.
Here is a graphic of some who I have performed for.
Awards
I am the current holder of the prestigious IBM Close up Magician of the year.
I have won two Fun house comedy Gong shows against 10 other comedians.
Technical requirements
Please let me know if the performance space is particularly small as I do get people on stage and do have a small case
If you select me please see use the headshot below
